Richmond Community Foundation (RCF) presenting Richmond Sunset Rotary Art Scholarship of $550 to Gavin Law who study in Palmer Secondary School.
He recently representing Palmer at the Richmond School District's performance at the Olympic Oval Gala on February 14th. One of the nine talented individuals made up one third of the Olympic Oval Dance Team, which was made up of 30 students from across the Richmond School District.
