It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Wally Philips.
Wally was a Charter Member, Past President and Honorary Member of the Rotary Club of Richmond Sunset, District 5040. In addition to his work locally, he was Assistant District Governor for three years, and a Board Member of zone 23/32 in RGHF (Rotary Global History Fellowship), Rotary International. Wally also served on the board of numerous non-profit organizations.
Wally will be missed in our community.
